During this mini retreat, I'll help you to find more balance for your body and your life. The session includes:

All in the beautiful rural location of The Serenity Barn.

Lucy is a Nutritional Therapist with over 11 years of experience in helping women to resolve their health issues through diet and lifestyle changes. She specialises in digestive issues & women's hormonal health, such as IBS and perimenopause.
